Phase: Define, Design, Usability Test
Challenge: Innovate on a first of a kind "cloud-native Content Services Platform that uses Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to automatically classify, extract, and enrich physical and digital content." Go to website
Deliverable: Conceptual interactive dashboard design to flesh out system requirements and test concept with design partners
My Role: Worked with intern and vendor to develop initial dashboard concept; ran in-person moderated usability testing
Secure IT Asset Disposition Management System
Phase: Define, Design, Test
Challenge: Design single, integrated tool to replace 26 tools currently in-use to create program profiles, manage cases, and chain of custody. Design a self-service customer-facing version to submit and track orders. Go to website   View product
Deliverable: Conceptual interactive design concept, Detailed/visual design, UAT Test plan and results   
My Role: Sole UX professional on the project; created a simple agile process with 10 iterations/sprints; developed detailed designs and interactive prototypes; wrote and ran tests/reported and tracked bugs; managed and worked directly with vendor to develop product from the designs

Challenge: Seamless merge of company branded pages with 3rd party payment; reduce Autopay complexity
Deliverable: Interactive detailed design with company branding

Goal: Fun, fast, easy with natural gestures; beautiful templates for creative expression and professional results; error and frustration-free business email building to support customers with the full range of technical skill from computer novice to power user
Deliverable: Concept; flow diagrams; personas and scenarios; detailed mockups; fully functioning end-end prototypes for proof of concept; usability plans, results, recommendations; and developer blueprints
My Role: Design lead from concept through detailed design; supported extensive remote, moderated usability with customers and data-driven redesign and enhancement
